RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Aura by Dora, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
    •    Returns: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Jewelry that has been worn, altered, or damaged after purchase cannot be accepted for return.
    •    Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within the 7-day return window.
    •    Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
    •    Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Customized or personalized pieces are also final sale.
